ОтветитьHi, why would you stretch out an already overstretched QL? If you have a micro tear or just a tear, won’t it get worse? My left ql is wrecking havoc on my ribcage, I know it’s pulled out of alignment since it attaches to the last rib and also my lumbar and my sij. I have all trigger points. It’s taking a toll on my spine. I’ve been just trying to strengthen my weak hips also, but Everytime I do , the left ql pain gets worse. It’s a sharp pain. When the ql is jacked up it can really screw you up.
ОтветитьAfter being resuscitated twice, I have not been able to identify and treat my back pain. I have spent so much money on physical therapy and still no improvement. I just found this today and I think this is what I need. I'm excited to try this!
