I have a question: could you please make a video on how to not feel guilty on self care days and like you know when you said that you're gonna watch 4 hrs of TV I was like oohh damn! Tam does that too!? I do know you deserve it, but its just that how do you get out of a toxic productivity mindset.. At the same time I'm not someone who works all the time I think about working but I can't do work all the time like I'm in my uni 1st year.. My mum thinks that I am a little bit "too chill" after highschool, but I do study and I do work hard.. IDK anyway the question is how do you not feel guilty and how do you manage to be a student but at the same time relax fully and completely even though I know that I deserve it.
