If you dredge the chicken in flour first, before the breadcrumbs, it will sick better! I also put some dried parmesan cheese in with the breadcrumbs.

After you butter the bread add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top and a sprinkle of dried basil. My Italian boss taught me this. Yummy!
