Making good progress! I see two things that could help you gain some good velo.
1. Try reaching your glove a little towards the target or 1st base dugout when your hands separate.
2. When you lift your front leg, try to move it slightly backwards at first. You're lifting and going forwards. If you lift back then you'll start to drift/fall towards home and then you can swing your front leg around to block. This gets you lots of momentum.
I can see you putting on some more velo in the future!

i just started pitching last week and the fastest i can is 60mph lol. i wonder how fast can i reach in 1 year
