How long do you cook the lumpia this way after they are wrapped using this recipe? My husband is Filipino and he misses lumpia but I can’t have gluten, egg or dairy (among a few other things like maltodextrin). So cooking for us both is usually boring after a while lol. I recently discovered how to make gf tortillas similar to your method but I add almond flour to make it not so chewy and rice tasting. I also make naan bread gf very similarly to that just different thickness and no water in that one.

Cook time would help a lot if you have the time to share ❤
