This is so expensive for what it is. £64k for a Kia....no thanks this car doesn't compete with it's rivals in this segment, not even close.

Can it be changed to gt mode while driving? Say one is cruising on single lane highway in eco (for range) and need to overtake a slow vehicle

I know that this is an older video, but was just watching the American version of this car, and they say they have 577hp, does it means that the European version with 585hp is faster? Could you get hold of one and compared them??

Didn't mention V2L ... it's got this 3.6kW inverter to power AC loads. To me, it voids to need to have this Bluetti AC300 unit in my trunk. No EU or US ev car have this.

Oh, it's fun to drive. It has a drift mode. It goes 0-60 in 3.2 seconds when the battery 🔋 have over 70% charge. Watch the Savage Geese or the Straight Pipes review of the EV6 GT. They have a blast.

You won't have problems of prius catalytic converter stolen but since no catalytic on EV thieves will target on big tires do watchout.

your "normal suspension" setting is the thing that causing the front axle to loss the grip a little bit, thats why its slower than the Kia claims.

Got loaned one of these when our car was being serviced! i personally thought it was a complete steaming pile of poop! i had to dismantle wifes wheelchair to fit it in , the because of that had to put the shopping on the rear seats , which despit having belts all locked in kept setting alarms off! and the ride was so uncomfortable i got chronic back ache! and don't even get me started on the lousy battery life!

Still wouldn’t buy one tho

Matt is full of rubbish with metric vs imperial horsepower. They are both imperial British units, horsepower invented for marketing steam engines, and the difference in cars is that brake horsepower is at the wheel whereas horsepower is at the engine. It's nearly as bad as when his mum said she prefers centimetres over inches 'because she's English' which makes no sense.

The thing you mentioned about the range... isn't the supposed range (WLTP) measured when the car is driven in eco-mode? It seemed like you were in sport mode. My EV has a difference of about 50-70km with eco-mode compared to sport-mode.

Doesn't matter how many BHP it have or how fast it is. Why? Because in previous model, KIA Stinger - you could have fun running 40kph. Speed is not everything, it's about emotions.
This model is like merge of Seat and Citroen. Nothing to get emotional with.

I can't believe this reviews skim over the horrific floor height in the EV6 and Ionic 5. I love the design of the EV6 and the tech is incredible, but after sitting in the driver's seat I could never own one, your feet are raised to just a few inches under the seat. Im aware this is due to the underfloor batteries but my god it is so uncomfortable.
