My name is Ryan Collier and I am the AVP of Sales Operations. I’ve been at Brafton for just over 11 years now.

I applied through Craigslist, which was big back then, and I started at Brafton, I believe, two days after I graduated college.

My first role was a marketing research executive, so I was tasked with needing to find qualified leads for our small sales team, at that point.

Part of my job is to push high converting opportunities to our sales team. I am a Salesforce admin, and I deal with other systems such as Salesloft, which is our sales enablement tool, and things like that.

The biggest lesson that I've learned about the industry over the years is never to sit still. Things constantly change. It's never the same thing over and over here, and it makes things exciting. You know, it's never ever boring.
