ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьVery useful tysm!
Ответитьsomething about that taxi: because it says "CDMX" on the side, one could conclude that it stands for "Ciudad Mexico", or mexico city, even if you were not aware that that specific taxi was only found there
ОтветитьIt first surprised me to hear South America included in Latin America as I used to think it referred to Central America. But then you made a sentence which implied even Central America is not part of Latin America and Im pretty sure it is! Maybe it would be better to avoid the term Latin America as it is unclear where Central and South America are very clear. Thanks for the video!
Ответитьbest tip vid i have every seen in my hole life
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьThe first one was Brazil lol
ОтветитьA tip for Mexico is Oxxos, stores that are extremely common and only exist there
Ответитьgreat video thx
ОтветитьMexico uses a standard mix of Brazil and USA styles
Argentina uses a unique blue with red border mandatory signs
Zebra crossing signs are similar to Sao Paulo warning signs(red triangle)
i know im late (haha) but argentina also has white roadlines not only chile
ОтветитьTip for Curacao:
In Curacao people speak Dutch, so if you can recognize the Dutch language you instantly know that you are in Curacao.
Thanks for the video! Is this still up to date? I wanna take GeoGuessr more seriously but I really have problems with Latin America, Africa and North America, so your videos are really helpful!
Ответитьty bro
ОтветитьDo you have a PDF or something with all these? Thanks btw!
ОтветитьI only have memory room for 2-3 of these tips... so everytime he adds one I forget one.
Ответитьsooo useful video, cuz you have to guess South America most often. Very clear explanation 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьHello love your videos
ОтветитьOh boy wait until Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia fully implement the new common plates
ОтветитьAnother thing about stop signs is that in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, they say Pare instead of Alto
ОтветитьI’m getting pretty decent at the game now, but I always struggle with Latin America and the south-east asian countries. Thanks for these tips👍👍
ОтветитьTips for Curaçao:
- Black car with white bars
- Lovely doggos
Tip 1 Speak spanish that always makes me win
ОтветитьMuch appreciated!
ОтветитьYou forgot Ecuador!
Ответитьvery very useful video, thanks Peter
ОтветитьIf you see ÃO or Ç, it's portuguese, not spanish.
ОтветитьYou were mixing up terms, Latin America is most of the countries from Mexico to Argentina and Chile and a a few islands on the Caribe sea, is more a cultural and linguistic region than geographic. On the other hand Central and South America are geographical zones.
Ответитьcant wait to forget start playing and forget all of the tips lol
ОтветитьYou're a legend
Ответить"PARE" signs are also used in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
ОтветитьBrazil is a very big country and it's easy to guess somewhere that's far away from the true location. Most of the Google Streetview coverage is in the east side of the country, and the phone number area codes start with smaller numbers in the south and bigger numbers as you move north. So click somewhere toward the east side of the country, and if you see a phone number, you can get close with the latitude.
ОтветитьIf you find a white car plate with a blue stripe at the top, this indicates that you are in Mercosur (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay). The plate also have the name and the flag of the country, but as it's blured you may not be able to see. The standard plate has been slowly implemented in those countries in the last years and will very soon be the only model
ОтветитьThank you so much, i keep losing in country streak because of South America lmao. I guess i wont lose my streak anymore thx to you ❤
ОтветитьVery useful, tnx!
ОтветитьLicence plate in Bolivia is often blue-ish.
ОтветитьThey always put the worst places in Colombia ahah
ОтветитьNice video bro...a hug from Brazil
ОтветитьI would love seeing such film about southeastern Europe
Ответитьim not a great guessr but i just won a game of battle royal thanks to your tips on uruguay road lines and signs : )
