This year Father's day falls on our daughter's birthday and she isn't exactly happy about sharing. Lol, just kidding. My dad had also planned on coming down this weekend but sadly something came up.

I had that same type of shower in my apartment and it got absolutely disgusting and I had soap products on the floor also because of the tiny little space built in for them and it was tough to clean

We just built our house a year or so ago and have a massive tile shower and tub built in and it is a lot easier to clean. I have one of those long scrubbing wands from Amazon and I can knock it out quickly. I clean my shower about once every two to four months (oops lol) and it always looks nice and have no issues with grout

Happy Father’s Day to your husband I hope he has a good one! 😊 I agree the house and car market is crazy right now. I want to get me a new car soon but I want the car market to go down before I get one. My current car is a 2015 so it should be good for another couple of years until that time comes. 😊 In the next couple of years I want to get me another house when the house market comes down as well. The house doesn’t have to be anything huge just enough room for me and my future family. You should take your time with your new house until the market comes down some. 😊😊🥰

I feel ya! We moved across the country in 2019 in the hopes of finally buying a house. We were in a good market, with good rates & good schools. I was being picky since this was going to be a long-term or even forever home. Then 2020 hit & destroyed that dream. Prices went up on the size of homes we were looking at & interest rates skyrocketed. People were even offering 50-100k over asking, so even if I did put in an offer, I was outbid every time. I ended up buying a condo within the complex we were renting in just so I could be on the owning side of things. We are doing upgrades here & hoping to take our equity & buy an actual home in 2 years. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I’m so glad y’all had fun on your vacation!❤ The southern heat in the summer is horrible and the humidity in Florida is stifling 🔥. We were in the beginning process of buying our first home and then 2020 happened. It’s very disheartening! We have been in what was supposed to be our temporary home for 9 years!

I would definitely wait on the housing market to get better! I know it’s hard to wait but it’ll be worth it in the end. We bought our forever home in 2021 for $300,000 and I can sell my home now easily for over $400,000. The interest rates are ridiculous also.
