NEEDLE HILL, HONG KONG'S THIRD-SHARPEST PEAK : LAST MINUTE HIKE

HELLO WORLD!

Today, I humbly share our adventure. After Maclehose Section 6(Kam Shan to Shing Mun), Sonia and I decided to continue our hike that day to Maclehose Section 7 (Needle Hill).

Needle Hill or Cham Shan is a hill in New Territories, Hongkong. It has an altitude of 532m. The hill got it's name due to the resemblance of a needle by it's peak. It sharp, needle-like tip and it is the third sharpest peak in Hongkong.

The view offers of reservoir and beautiful hill ridges. Along the way we meet old couple, they really inspires us to conquer more mountains.

We begin at Shing Mun and ends at Shatin. It was a last-minute hike but thanks God we made it!

👉TOTAL HIKING ADVENTURE: 1 1/2hrs from starting point ( Shing Mun Reservoir) to Needle Hill.
