Vad tycker du om matvete som kolhydrat? Mer fiber och mer protein per gram. Ser sällan recept med matvete trots att den har väldigt bra macros.

I generally go for 160g protein and target about 1600 calories. Is there a downside to going too low on calories in terms of gaining muscle as long as I’m feeling energetic and satisfied?
