red dead 1 remaster might be the stupidest idea i have ever heard

I thought the world actually felt more alive then rdr 2. Npc’s in RDR2 feel quite liveless sometimes.

I’ve never played it before. I recently got the second one though and it’s without a doubt one of the best games I’ve ever played. I remember when the first game came out, but I never played it at the time. Im really tempted to get it now but I’m not sure if I should.

if you played rdr 2 but not 1 your fuckin a dog, play rdr 1 like fuck. Half or more people who played rdr 2 haven't even touched the first game. Shit hits harder when you played rdr 1 , play rdr 1 its WORTH IT. it should be a must! Its got undead nightmare so get off yer ass and fuckin play. I highly recommend it. If you like rdr 2 well you got rdr 1 to thank for that.....though im not to happy with how javier went he was a huge prick in rdr 1 a snake a lil rat. 2 hes so different. They kinda fucked up on that part. Oh and gang hideouts....to whoever missed out on rdr 1 online you MISSED OUT. So much better then 2

RDR 1 was the best, RDR 2 felt like sims horse simulater

I like that there isn’t a lot of micromanaging with a lot of different weapons and eating and stuff. It makes the story come more into focus.

I stopped playing Starfield and are playing this instead. It’s insane much better than most games released the last two years. And graphics are good or insane for a 13 year old game. I play on Xbox.

Crystal Dynamics and Aspire Remaster THREE games. Tomb Raider 1,2 and 3 from the PS1 and includes ALL Gold bonus content and makes it run at 60fps and only charges 25USD for the ENTIRE Trilogy.

Rockstar Games does a BASIC PS3 port and CUTS content (online) adds NOTHING new to it and wants 50USD for a old PS3 game.

Honestly, if they could port the game into rdr2 id be fine with it. It wouldnt have to be perfect but just to have it would be nice. And if undead nightmare was in rdr2 with 4 player coop man thatd be the best!

The only bummer of this remastered is the graphics. They could've done so much by mantaining everything and changing the graphics only (they didn't have to reprogram a whole game, just give it a shine), could've even charged more.

I guess I'll just buy it used and play it when I'll get a ps3 instead (I'm planning to add one to my collection)

I recently got this game and finished it on my 360, I loved the story, combat, mechanics it's literally perfect western game like RDR 2

If a game could make a cliche about the horse neighing every time it jumps an obstacle, this game would be it!

I think your issue with horse riding can b solved with going to settings and changing horse riding from horse relative to camera relative

I like tank controls so I never tried camera relative

Not worth playing if you’ve played it before and know the ending. Could get this game very cheap now for my ps3 and Xbox with the Xbox one x enhanced upgrade and I still wouldn’t buy it. It was great for 2011 but I’ve moved on. Would rather play newer games. The only way I would replay games like red dead or far cry is if they had game plus mode like HZD.

Nah. RDR2 is possibly the greatest game of all time but it only makes RDR more obsolete by comparison. The gameplay is shallow and the mission design is uniform. The story pacing is bad (there are seriously too many mediocre missions in this game) and the story and characters are not a quarter as rich as the prequel. This is pre Max Payne 3 Rockstar storytelling. Graphically, it's dated and often ugly. The side content is poor and paltry. And systems such manual saving and fast travel are obtuse and rooted in the era. It's a relic. Just watch a cutscene compilation if you want the story.
