can't you just wipe your steam cloud for the game?

gog version of stalker is real easy to fix after modding just delete everything and reinstall since it installs the game "freshly" i guess i would call it, steam version though takes some time to figure out how to get everything right, usually youll just have to get the unmodded files from a database or a friend if you didnt back them up. I think Mod DB has some of the original files if someone ever needs to fix something though.




but yeah like alot of people down below its nice to see one of the best games ever created being showcased in a speedrun since its not a game that is typically well recognized even though it has a large cult following

I tend to dislike this sort of stuff, but this guy that was playing and the other one one seemed so nice and cool to watch! Really lovely stuff!

system.ltx is not stored in the steam cloud, this guy is using modified actor.ltx aswell, note the lack of stamina decay whilst sprinting for 3+ minutes, no artifacts, no use of energy drinks, that crosshair is a complete give away this guy is using modded files, pathetic effort ESA, plus the runner is compensating the camera changes whilst drunk as if it actually affects movement direction, which it doesnt, cmon.. anyone who has actually played and edited this games files knows this run is a fucking farce

Its seems like a complete waste of time... stalker is about exploration amd sidequests. Also killing friendlies is just fcked up....

They didn't make the game in Russian because it was easier or anything. The developers' native tongue is Russian.
