5. Savour happiness
Happiness comes and goes, so appreciate it when you have it.
Try to find happiness in difficult moments, keep happiness journal.

ОтветитьAt this point it’s only a matter of programming currently my biggest battle is jealousy I see so many people in relationships and having the good life while I feel stuck living with my parents with no direction to go, it makes me so angry I feel like I give and give but It doesn’t matter how much give I don’t get what I want back not in the physical sense. I ask myself why do these people deserve that life why are they allowed to get everything they want while the poor and disenfranchised are left to rot

ОтветитьI think i really need help. I can't even cry at my grandfather's funeral and i have to pretend to cry. I did feel really sad but i can't cry, that made me think that im an ungrateful grandson. And what if i can't cry at my Parents's ...... This might sound weird but i kinda cut off emotions when i don't need them so i always have a dead fish face.

When I hear emotional intelligence or insecurities I instantly feel that I'm being called stupid. Most days idk if I'm coming or going. I have sudden spans of anger towards ppl that hurt me deeply especially my ex. This year and a half has been hard and dark. I never felt as much rage in my life as I did when she was dumping me without a care in the world. I just feel like this is all I'll ever be. All I'm good enough for as if I'm just a walking stepping stone and lesson to be learned for others. I've been like this all my life. I'm approaching 40 yrs old and still don't love myself. Suicide is still an option I consider daily as my first two attempts failed. Idk what to do anymore. I want to be better but don't know how.
