How to do a Backbend + come up from a backbend

For those who are scared can do it on the bed until they are confident they would not fall.. i could do it on my bed for the longest time but always fell when doing on floor.. i did it 3 times today on the bed and then determined went on the floor but was still scared.. but then i thought that 1 day is today.. i did it near the wall in case if i fell i will hold the wall and also kept a pillow underneath my head fell on the 1st time bcs got scared half way down and then i was like nah if this is tough i am tougher and got it.. i thought it was just 1 time did it 3 times in a row with a pillow and got it right.. and then got in the middle away from the wall and did it without pillow with full trust in me and got it in the first go i m so happy like i want to cry i m so proud of myself the main part is trust in urself.. it wont come in a snap of fingers but try as hard as u can and u will eventually get it

Bro I used to be able to do like all sorts of contortion stuff but then stopped for 2 years cuz I got bored of it and was busy with school and now I'm trying to get back into it and found that I can't even do a backbend 🥲
