ОтветитьShahari Moore and Reel Black Filmmakers, thank you for posting this logline and treatment class. I'm a romance writer and needed a boost. This sure helped!
ОтветитьAwesome presentation! The measure of greatness is taking complex elements and conveying them with simplicity. She made it exponentially easier for anyone to jumpstart taking action in this space. Fantastic job!
ОтветитьEnlightening thank you!!!
ОтветитьTHIS WAS BEAUTIFUL! Super helpful. Thank you and God bless ya. Now go make your movie!
ОтветитьThis is absolutely the best lecture I have seen on this. Thank you!
ОтветитьI just finished watching and this is a really great video for anyone working on writing treatments or even just interested in the film making process!
ОтветитьThis is a great lecture. She’s great in front of a class too
ОтветитьThat was one of the best lectures I have attended. Such pure genius
ОтветитьThe logline suggests she went alone when we know she went with her dog.
ОтветитьOMG! If she says "logline" one more time without showing what the fuck a logline is, I'm going to scream.
ОтветитьVery clear and precise information for your basic understanding! It's an easy press the subscribe button for more content!!! Thank you, Shahari!
ОтветитьCorrectly working on a treatment for a tv pilot, one 55 min episode, so it is about one page.. Very well explained, great content.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this. It’s been awhile for me and I’m getting back into it after almost dying, clinically dying, medical recovery, and mental health suffering bc of all that. I’m going to make my movie finally.
ОтветитьThis is sooo helpful
ОтветитьAwesome! Cheers.
ОтветитьMy film school was a waste until I come across this video
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьThis is some fantastic teaching. I've thoroughly enjoyed watching this and have learnt so much. The passion and knowledge shared is really inspiring
ОтветитьThanks for your efforts and collection of Good informations
ОтветитьIt's hard to identify in a meaningful way with a goal-driven protagonist in a world where most people spend their time and energy focused on things that are not directly related to their goals. As John Lennon famously said, " Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans". This goal-driven protagonist is partly why Hollywood films have little or no bearing on life as actually lived. Most of them are infantile fantasies, and that's not a bad thing. We need to escape from reality from time to time. But as black people films can also be a powerful tool to educate ourselves and to do this they neeed to be closer to our everyday reality. So, let's not forget to write protagonists who are victims struggling to free themselves from the clutches of a powerful antagonist.
ОтветитьWonderful job @Shahari ! Thank you!
ОтветитьA+ 👍👈👌☝✔💡💯📒✏

ОтветитьYou are good.
ОтветитьI found this extremely informative. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьWhat about Plot? Should we write it before treatment or after it?
ОтветитьThank you SO much for taking your talent for teaching a tough subject to a clear and precise video. Very impressive. You are succinct and broke down a difficult subject into a comprehensible bible. Again, I thank you.
ОтветитьWell worth the time. Ms. Moore is an instinctive instructor capable of speaking to a broad cross section of students.
