Alot of good protein is important but equally important is alot of vitamins and minerals from fruit, veggies and leafy greens whicch also keeps ur body alkaline cuz protein turns it acidic. Lots of vitamin C speeds up the recovery, spinach for the nitrate that boosts muscle growth (go popeye!), honey for 'boron' which increases testo just likee ginger does, papaya for papaian which help break down protein better, and raw cacao grows more muscle satellite cells. There are also lots of natural herbs and supplements that increase testosterone, keep it natural, does muscles ast a lifetime while synthetic testo gives lots of muscles fast but they degrade faster when u stop training and u disrupt the natural balance of hormones in your body which is never good. You will look old much faster. My. dad trained for years natural, now whe is in his sixties and hasn't trained for 10 years however he stil looks muscular hardly any fat and he looks younger than his age.

ОтветитьThank you. A long time ago I tried using a vegetarian diet while gaining muscle. I noticed that I had a much harder time recovering despite getting 1g/lb body weight. Now I understand why.

ОтветитьDamn, this is complex stuff. There is so much confusing information. Did you know 1/2 cup of rice has 6 grams of protein, and one large egg has 6.3 grams of protein? Now I know they are very different. It's like you need to learn a ton of college level information just to effectively build muscle.

If you want high vegan protein source. Try seitan you get 75g protein for 100g. and it is high in lysine and other amino acids. Plus it is dirt cheap if you can make it.
