Ответить3 DAYS TO FIND AN APT?? At least 3 weeks be needed in any decent city in Canada to searh for place
ОтветитьI'm a new subscriber in Miami and I've noticed whatever the title of the video is...food will be involved. So, you might as well become a food reviewer. Also, is the currency exchange in your favor? And how much compared to back home.
ОтветитьIVAN, Glad you got out safe. Finding apartment in Canada is tough also, even for a citizen. A shortage many places since Virus shut downs.
ОтветитьGet away from the glitz and get real. Leave the fake tourist district and listen to what people are saying here.
ОтветитьHow about a different city!
ОтветитьThat does not look like Russian food. Is it just called a Russian market to attract tourists?
ОтветитьI hope you find a place that suits you soon! I was a bit disappointed when you chose Turkey over Thailand, but I'm glad you're considering Pattaya now. Can you tell me why you're leaving Russia this time? Is it because of terrorism or the Russia-Ukraine conflict?
However, have you searched for pet-friendly apartments for rent in Pattaya?
You need to start thinking 3 steps ahead of your future plans You stated in a prior video of your plan to obtain a US Visa. Don't look for apartments in large metro areas, look towards suburban areas near the US Consulate or Embassy. Being a Foreign National, they will think you have money. This is why you need to blend in and not stand out or draw attention to yourself. FYI - once you have an appointment at the US Consulate or Embassy, you need to submit all of the needed supporting documents at least15 days prior to your scheduled appointment, and it takes 4 - 6 weeks for approval. Plan at least 2 - 3 months for the Visa process when looking at your apartment lease or mandatory rental agreement. The shorter your stay is in Thailand will improve your future options once you get to a US Port of Entry.
ОтветитьPlease adjust brightness it's blending you're skin ;)
ОтветитьHey man, why don't you just fly to Tijuana Mexico, go to the U.S border and ask for political asylum. Tell the border guard you've been harass and threaten, punch and kick by the Putin regime. or you can just walk through the small opening at the end of the wall. Good luck on your journey.
ОтветитьGo to Phuket, that's where all the Russian diasporas are at, and the beach is really nice.
ОтветитьThere's plenty of food outlets that will take the 🐈 🐈 off you.
ОтветитьPutin is not President. You’ll see truth shortly, you left Russia for no substantial reason. It’s under control and the light will be exposed soon.
ОтветитьYour standard of living is high your life in Russia seemed good except for Russian government aggressive attitude
Ответить...basically- Ivan has three 3 cats, including Evelina😂😅
Ответитьmy friend .. keep the big gold watch for special occasions.. buy a $20 watch for out on the street... That way nobody on a motorbike gonna try and nick your watch with your arm attached.. You are on unfamiliar streets so learn some street wise.. dress down a little bit.. not a criticism i like your stuff ... and your cats... just a word of advice..
ОтветитьIvan the Riviera condos are pet friendly there’s 4 different ones one at jomtien for example
ОтветитьEvelina is much braver than I am, I could never eat a roach! 🪳🤮 Even if I was paid. The stuff of nightmares just seeing one. Good luck apartment hunting. I want to know how your cats ate and went to the toilet on the flight over (9+ hours)?
ОтветитьAwesome videos. Evelina is so beautiful.. you guys make such a great couple. Those are crickets they're gross.. thank you for looking inside of other worlds.. we don't have to travel there and we see the good places to go.
ОтветитьI was in Thailand in 2012 and already at that time there were Russians everywhere! I also love Thailand, a wonderful people and country. Greetings from me in Denmark.
ОтветитьA few people commented on my channel asking if I knew of any places for you. I'd recomend going through an agent if you're staying 6 months or longer. Or Airbnb if shorter. Just filter for cats allowed.
ОтветитьLMAO Dominic Torretto got me
ОтветитьWhy can’t you stay in Russia?
ОтветитьI GIVE UP TRYING TO HELP YOU SINCE YOU HAVE NEW SUBSCRIBERS YOU DONT READ COMMENTS ANY MORE IM DONE LATER KID .
ОтветитьStarbucks doesn't clean their machines. Renting for a year is better than renting for a day, week, or month.
Ответитьor try the Philippines
Ответить$50 a year for phone service would be awesome xD i pay $70 a month
ОтветитьYou're not bad.
ОтветитьApparently if you use emojis as well, it boosts the engagement. 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Ответитьand Pataya in Thailand is a short term holiday destination.. Move out the Chang Mai and find a place there to live.. Unless you consider yourself on a holiday.. Think about your situation and do accordingly..
ОтветитьWhat are you going to work in Thailand?
ОтветитьGo out on your own via a motorbike taxi, much faster to go view places on your own with no distraction, when you find somewhere you can take her to view it, maybe a tip, you will see many farangs walking dogs in the evening bottom of soi 5 Pratumnak at that little sunset viewing area, I think many are Russian, maybe you could ask them where they live? Better find somewhere soon, the water throwing starts in a week or two, and that will be a nightmare getting around the city
ОтветитьYou are a lost person - I hope you never go back to Russia because Russia is too good for people like you 🔥
ОтветитьI lived ina town about 15 kilometers east of Pattaya in 73’, called Satahip.
ОтветитьWhy don't you move to Chiang Mai? I can get you an apartment cheap quick!!
ОтветитьI reed a bunch of the comments and they are right you need to get away from the tourist trap.
Too bad so many Russians have traveled to Thailand that’s going to made it flipping harder.
Try the Sumatra coffee at Starbucks, good stuff!
ОтветитьTry looking for a long stay hotel you pay by the month. Look for American embassy maybe they can help. You want an American visa right. Maybe your girl could get a model visa she is very good looking. That’s how Donald Trump wife got here.
I see others have said to go outside the city but you need to be close to low cost transportation. Also you don’t want to be in a bad area.
Figure out what type of visa
that’s best for you. What Knowledge, entertainment ,expertise you can bring to America.
I’m routing for you🎉
With so many Russians moving into Pattaya it's not surprising that it's hard to find an apartment. Maybe a topic for a future video... Are there too many Russians in Pattaya? Also I've heard that some Russians haven't assimilated well into Thai culture and some are doing shady stuff over there.
ОтветитьCan't you just take an apartment for a year and pay a small fee if you leave earlier? I would look a little more outside of the area or a different city altogether. Pattaya is not my kind of place for living longer term .
ОтветитьThey still have Sizzlers in Thailand. I used to go there in the US back in the 1990s.
ОтветитьIVAN!!! I hope you see this - CHECK OUT Chiang MAI city!!!!!!! TONS of xpats there from USA and BRITS. you would LOVE it there. Also hi to the wife! =) Take care
ОтветитьI watch your US video, ok am from UK not US, I know nothing about US visa, except am not hopeful for you, now am just saying Ireland or then UK is easy your videos place u at risk, the chances of been enlisted in the Russia army, my view is if you applied in those facts and were in UK, just saying ;-)
ОтветитьIf it's any consolation, I know only too well how hard it can be to find a new place to live in, I'm in the process of moving to a new place in Australia, already have all the paperwork done, just waiting for a new house to move into to become available, and, like you, I have two pet cats of my own I have to take care of as well.
ОтветитьJust rent the place out for the year. You'll only be leaving if you get into the States, and who knows how long that's going to take. What will they do to you if you have to break your lease? Just negotiate a low deposit, so that if you do break the lease it won't cost you too much to do so. Good luck!!
