Forearm flexor - straight arm cable wrist curl
Side deltoids - single arm cable lateral raise
Front deltoids - shoulder press machine
Rear deltoids - single arm cable reverse fly
Chest - Incline cable press/chest press/Incline cable y fly

Ответитьi trained in graphic desin i can apreciate this video for how well you presented all that important info so efficiently, well done, also i will be doing all of these now, i will drop some other excersices to make room for these, i train every day so i can start tomorow, back and biceps ! i still do your 10 set curls and close grip curls for biceps, its blasting them more than anything before !
