Triceps medial lateral head - over the shoulder cable extension

Tricep Long head - single arm cross body cable extension

Biceps - single arm bicep curl

Brachialis - hammer curls

Brachioradialis - reverse ez bar curl

Forearm flexor - straight arm cable wrist curl

Side deltoids - single arm cable lateral raise

Front deltoids - shoulder press machine

Rear deltoids - single arm cable reverse fly

Chest - Incline cable press/chest press/Incline cable y fly

Back - chest supported t bar row/wide grip pulldown/neutral grip row/Kneeling single arm cable row/Kneeling single arm pulldown

Abs - cable crunch

Lower back - deadlifts

i trained in graphic desin i can apreciate this video for how well you presented all that important info so efficiently, well done, also i will be doing all of these now, i will drop some other excersices to make room for these, i train every day so i can start tomorow, back and biceps ! i still do your 10 set curls and close grip curls for biceps, its blasting them more than anything before !

See these are the type of videos I need. Quick, consice and it makes sense. I love that you are showing which muscles are involved. The only thing missing is pointing out proper form but thats hard with a minute video. This is perfect

Mid Back:
Barbell Rows
Neutral Wide Grip Seated Cable Rows

Rear Delts:
Face Pulls
Reverse Pec Dec Flys
Dumbbell Rear Delt Flies

Biceps:
Barbell Curls
Dumbbell Supinating Curl
Hammer Curl

Here's a list of exercise that possibly is already in your routine. You don't need to over complicate things, just hammer the basics. The well known exercises are well known for a reason, they work. Especially for beginners out there
