I had so much stress in my neck and shoulders. This helped it release and feel all warm and nice instead. I never felt tension leave my body before. I have a very stressful job and I didn't know that this could make me feel so amazing. Usually, I wouldn't be able to function after the work day when I got home & I just tuned out for the rest of the day. Can someone fill me in on what I just experienced!? ❤

ОтветитьI suffer terribly with Morning anxiety. I think it is hormonal after menopause, I can feel cortisol rushing and I feel like I have been chased to the edge of a cliff by a lion. It is almost enough to make me want to die each morning, I hate it and had it for years. I need help, I hope yoga works

ОтветитьI have an anxiety disorder, and especially lately I haven't had the energy to work through it. Although I have to admit what I'm currently stressing about isn't very dire (I have to make an appointment with one of my professors), but reading everyone else's comments who may have worse circumstances than me but who are benefited by this practice too helps. It makes me not feel so alone 💞

ОтветитьToday my arrhytmia is making me crazy so finally when I found time to sit on the mat and open this video some blessing happened. I started in the extended child pose and burst into tears after just a couple of breaths. Thank you so much for this relief, now as I have calmed down from a great cry I will keep going with this practice ❤️❤️❤️❤️

ОтветитьThis is definitely a practice I will be returning to! So nourishing and loving to the breathe and body. During my practice today, my cat got curious and rubbed up on me and I gave her pets intermittently and it was a great opportunity to be aware of my body and be in the moment! Thank you Adriene!
