www.goldcrestsurveyors.com. If the property you are looking to purchase is in a poor condition, or was built prior to the Victorian Period, or has been altered or extended significantly, you should have a RICS Level 3 Survey as you are likely to require a more detailed report.

For a standard built, brick and tile property that was built after the Victorian period and is in a reasonable condition, a RICS Level 2 should be fine.
