This is facts Brandon! My listings today are from pple I cold called a year and 2 years ago when I 1st started prospecting but kept them in my crm & weekly email, I have hit a few home runs from cold calling initially but it’s not often, most listings come a few months or even a year or so later but the follow up is key!

Could you perhaps make a video on lead follow up? I normally generate a lead and tend to follow up on the last thing we talked about. Then I tie them wanting to sell into our conversation but it feels like often times the lead doesn't seem interested anymore.
