I’ve had gyno since 14-15 years old I’m 21 now. I have allowed this to stop me from swimming, playing sports & skip out on masculinity as a whole. Gyno made my life hell, I can't wear whatever I want, I can't go to a pool, even though I live in a place where there is a pool, I can't change clothes in front of my friends, let alone have sex in broad daylight or in a bright place with my girlfriend.

I feel embarrassed when the wind blows and shows my chest I feel suspicious of everyone who looks at me I think they are laughing at me.

I spent most of my puberty in this state, I don't find enough time to exercise in fact, laziness stops me and I don't think I can get rid of it even after I lose weight.

Soon I will have an operation and I hope my life will return to normal and I will feel more confident than I did before

My surgery is in ten days. I’ve had gyno since I was 14 & I’m 26 now.. It has made me so insecure about my body & what I wear.. September 22 will be truly life changing for me. I remember when gyno started happening & my dad said I couldn’t do anything about it cause it’s going to happen,like it did to him.. I’m proud to go through with this surgery & I can slowly feel how life changing this will be for me.

High estrogen in males is the root cause or most guys gynecomastia, thats what caused mines if you have low T plus elevated estrogen then its worse.

just a heads up for anyone going to do this. if you get it done under local you can still basically feel everything, eat loads and go in with a strong mindset. it's very surreal. the pain/feelings/noises. if you are cool with being put under then you should be okay.

I'm 13 and I've been watching gyno surgery for a while. Having man boobs really do restrict a lot of potentially fun activities. I squeeze them hoping they'll go away but ik they won't. If they don't go away naturally ill love to get this surgery. Also, is there a threshold of average years it takes for it to go away. It reay does affect me a lot and I can't wait to get this outta my life

nope im gonna suffer with this gyno for the rest of my life. im 16 i got time to get lean and learn jujitsu boxing and other stuff so i can punch someone who tries to teas me because of this.

To anyone thinking about doing this I have one piece of advice. Don’t skimp and choose a cheaper surgeon. Don’t choose a regular plastic surgeon. Choose a specialist who does this all the time. I’m now having to have a second surgery because the plastic surgeon did not remove enough gland and it grew back. It’s an expensive mistake
