Exciting news about the Jaguar. Jaguar emulation has taken great strides recently with the BigPemu emulator on Windows. It's not a system I had any experience with but looking forward to checking it out in the future on MiSTer

Jaguar GD unfortunately cannot do save files for the CD games yet.

The CD drive doesn't add any processing to the Jaguar like the Sega CD or Turbografx CD. It's just like plugging a CD drive into a computer. So it makes sense that the Jaguar code will be able to run Jag CD games. I have a gamedrive and it's fantastic for playing all the CD games without having to track down a working CD unit.

For exciting Jaguar (and Jaguar CD) content, I'd recommend watching Retro Pals streams. They cover it extensively. :)

Exciting news about the Jaguar Core coming! I've had a Jaguar CD since the Jag was being clearanced out back in the late 90s. The official library is largely garbage, but the Jag CD platform had a pretty robust homebrew and aftermarket scene for the Jag (since the CDs were easy to produce vs. cartridge). The Jaguar CD hardware is notoriously unreliable, so it would be great to have this functionality in Mister. The Jaguar GameDrive was planned to include CD support, but it launched without it. I haven't used my Jag GameDrive in quite some time, so I'm not sure if he was finally able to get it working or not.

Been watching this channel since I got my DE10 about a year ago now. Thanks for the updates. It's so much easier than watching the MiSTer channel updates.

I heard there was a Neo-geo pocket in development did it get canceled or is it still out there?

Thanks for your MiSTer video news. Only a small aclaration: currently I'm testing the dynamic clock reconfiguration of Xain'd Sleena core which will make innecessary to use several versions of the binary core file, A cleaner solution that works well with all SDRAM modules.

I owned an Atari Jaguar CD .. It was the best experience of my life. I owned and played all the JAG CD titles. Primal Rage and many others !!!! I am currently going to use my background in applied mathematics and Electrical Engineering to find out why the Atari jaguar system had to many errors and correct them using formal verification and validation techniques for the verilog source code that describes the emulated atari jag and CD !!!! would anyone like to know more????
