Still my favourite. I was a big fan of Pardon, but when my decant ran out, I wasn't jumping to repurchase. This my decant has been done for a while, and it's on my top buy list. I've heard it's not as good with reformulation, so I'm hoping it's not a big drop off.

It’s funny to look at my collection and see that I’ve used about 15 ml over about 5 years on this bottle versus all my many others with 5 ml missing. Shows how much I really have enjoyed it.

Superb review Mr Robes. Black Afgano is a BANGER and a masterpiece, and depending on where you are a very interesting wearing experience. Don't wear this at church or around police dogs. Always a place on my shelf for this one.

There is a lot of talk on fragrantica about Gucci Intense Oud reformulation and how bad it is now, so could you do a comparison video in the near future so we could know what are the differences and which batches are good. Regards from Serbia

Im go end up liking it once I put it on. It's smooth and dark 2021 I just bought it no more than 3sprays. Not a everyday wear .

I tried black afgano in like 2014 or 2015 and it was ok to me. Now 2021 I absolutely love it! I don't know if it has been reformulated or my sense of smell has just evolved. But its absolutely beautiful to myself

I have xerjoff laylati which I heard is like a toned down black afgano. It isn't my favorite xerjoff to wear, but it works well if layered w something more interesting on top. Laylati smells like it is missing a note or two. It's like a band without a lead guitar kind of. I can only assume black afgano is the complete rock band.

I still love this scent... And you have one of those really old bottles with the "S" before it said Nasomatto on the bottom... My bottle is like that too and instead of a normal 'batch code' it just has a '12' printed on the bottom... LOL!!! Dark green juice that is very oily... Awesome job as always Marc... ^_^

Plus even though i'm from the usa i live in the philippines and it's hard to get to get those samples or even some good fragrances that you can trust to be authentic and not knuckoffs/fakes.
