ОтветитьThis pilates challenge has actually changed my life. Along with changing my diet, I lost 10 lbs in these 21 days!! and my body has never looked (or felt) this good. I have been in the gym for years, and was really into cardio and lifting for many years. But even still, I didn't see the results in MONTHS that I saw after doing just 21 days of this challenge!! ОтветитьI have a sprained ankle right now and can’t do the exercise I normally do (run or climb). This has been such a great video to lean on that doesn’t require like any weight on your ankles (except for the bridges which I can just do something else for)
