Bro you left your damn ring on and sticking your hands in there
ОтветитьThanks, Sam the hair plug guy for teaching us how to put $49 dollar cheese on $1.49 potatoes. Real men of genius.
ОтветитьI'm thinking some ham in-between layers of potatoes.?
ОтветитьThat garlic is garbage by the way. It works but has no nutrtional value. Always use fresh and dont be lazy
ОтветитьDammit, i almost bought that little package of goat cheese but opted not to lol
ОтветитьI couldn't find the truffle, but I got the herb. I'm trying these tonight.I'm hoping they're gonna be good. I wish I had found the truffle goat cheese
ОтветитьJust get to the point
ОтветитьBro…you need some gloves on with that open sore on your hand….not appealing or sanitary at all. For someone who cooks and post videos you REALLY should know better.
ОтветитьDoes it matter how thick you slice the potatoes? I like mine a little thicker.
ОтветитьI’ve been making these for the past two years since the video came out for the holidays and special occasions. Never disappoints. I do recommend adding some sautéed onions to the mix prior to baking 👍👍. Thanks Sam!
ОтветитьOh sweet baby Jesus.. huge win at Christmas dinner to go with the beef tenderloin! Thanks Sam for the new tradition! ❤
ОтветитьI made these today for Christmas! I added a mild cheddar and my family loved them!
ОтветитьThis is my new favorite scalloped potato recipe. Sooooo delicious
ОтветитьI made these potatoes for my family tonight. Followed the recipe exactly, including the truffle goat cheese. Oh, man, were they good. An absolute hit. I will be making these again and again. Thank you so much for sharing this, Sam the Cooking Guy. You're the best!
ОтветитьGoat cheese nonsense 😂
ОтветитьLove this man who gets off spooning out food.
ОтветитьMaking this as we speak, I already love goat cheese so I’m hoping this turns out amazing!
ОтветитьFood has aroma. Flowers & perfume have fragrance. Undesirable things have smells. No wonderful food has a “smell”, it has an aroma!
ОтветитьHow much cheese do you use on the recipe
ОтветитьI've made this recipe numerous times and it's always incredible! The one change I made is to bake it on my Traeger vs in the oven. The wood fire flavor adds an unbelievable layer of depth to the dish. Thank you Sam and your team for helping break me out of just smoking meat all the time!
ОтветитьI really wish you were wearing gloves for this, that open cut on the one hand, ring and watch on the other hand...
ОтветитьMade it for Thanksgiving last year and will again this year! Thanksgiving staple now!
ОтветитьSay what? No onions!
ОтветитьI cooked it. Can’t stop eating it. Addiction comes in all forms. Great recipe and restaurant grade.
Ответитьthis is very close to my mom's goat cheese scalloped potato recipe, she never put chives in, chopped the garlic finely, never had truffle goat cheese just regular soft goat cheese but it already is a dish that will make you feel things food has never made you feel before, you'll have an out of body experience eating this dish, i am curious to try it witth the chives and the truffles, i love this video by the way, would have loved to see what you pared it with, my mom always made it with pork chops. i'm trying the recipe again tonight...it's been many years. hope it turns out as good as yours
ОтветитьOMG. So full of the male cow leaves behind. Self important or what.
ОтветитьMine's in the oven! I have 2 boys and they watched this video along with me and ran the Mandolin for me! What I find crazy is no butter. I didn't add any either. Hope it's as good as yours.
Ответитьomg, just saw this, for those who have never used a mandolin would slice there fingers. I suggest investing in a table one. But never use your fingers!!! Center of the bottom of your hand.
ОтветитьWithout cheese is scalloped with cheese is au gratin
ОтветитьI’ve never had a truffle
ОтветитьCANT WAIT TO MAKE THESE!!!!!❤
ОтветитьThis post is years old, and I have to tell you I STILL make this recipe. It’s the only way I’ll do scalloped potatoes, and it’s a show stopper every time
ОтветитьIt is in the oven but had to add a little OooooBacon!!!
ОтветитьI made this for my family and I had to make a second batch later in the day because they wanted more lol soooo worth it though
ОтветитьAlright, fuck it.. This gotta be one of my sides with surf and turf tonight 😊
ОтветитьThis guy speaks in slow motion.
Ответить2024 just cooked it took me 5 mins
ОтветитьThat's a pretty big claim… You better be right… I'm going in
ОтветитьThese are Au Gratin not Scalloped as there is cheese in them. Sure they are delish but .... hey, call it what it is.
ОтветитьYou gleaked inside😂😂😂
ОтветитьYou could prep these the day before and then just stick them in the oven, right?
ОтветитьI’m having trouble finding truffle goat cheese . But I have found some truffle salt .
Ответить‘Baked’ potatoes.
ОтветитьYes! I am making this for Easter Sunday dinner!!!!
ОтветитьJust back from Whole Foods. No tube roasted garlic. No chives. No yukon gold potatoes. No truffle goat cheese. Yikes. Did find garlic and herb organic pure free range cheese from two year old goats, organic russet potatoes grown in Icelandic soil, organic green onions grown on virgin compost. Only $23 dollars. Wish me luck!
Ответитьlol most of us cant get goat cheese with truffles. This is a tease! Excuse me while I go buy a goat and hunt for truffles.
ОтветитьI hate you and your pretention with everypartofmybeing You do not have the layers required to seem a talent
Please succeed in life
Only bested by fondant potatoes.
Ответитьi think this is the closest thing to food porn, excellent sam.
ОтветитьThere is only ONE problem. I suffer from a common affliction.
I cant enjoy food if i cooked it. Maybe 2 out of every hundred times i really enjoy it.
Its a common problem for many professional chefs. Something to do with being too picky cause you know exactly how it was made or maybe the nibbling and tasting along the way? I have no idea but it really sucks.
