Don't buy a BMW with the badging removed unless you know who owned it. The guys that like to street race and run from the cops do this so it is harder to identify the car later. Basically, it will have been abused, tuned or both.
Cheers! Good and useful content.
In my experience I’ve tend to find Porsche and Mercedes the most reliable. Not saying the others are unreliable but I’ve never heard anyone complain or say those two are unreliable.
ОтветитьGerman car sucks nowadays
Ответитьbmw is junk .
ОтветитьIf its german, its gonna breakdown
ОтветитьI was looking at Audi's and their most reliable cars are the sport versions
ОтветитьThe 640i has a n55 engine not the b58. The b58 is much more reliable than the n55
ОтветитьThis was a great video. I’m currently selling Kia and have been thinking to step up my game 💪 perfect place to start, thanks brotha
ОтветитьWorst
ОтветитьM177 seems to be bulletproof
Ответить2024 I Take the BMW 640i.
ОтветитьDude yo total idiot i remember when youkicked down best mercedes from 2000 s Go ice fishing
ОтветитьHow can you say that Mercedes C300 has a manual 😂 and Not reliable btw C300. Poor quality.
ОтветитьHi in Feb 2024 what car is depreciating like a rock, that I can drive a couple of years and not get raked over the coals?
ОтветитьReliable? Germany? Maybe the naturally aspirated 2.5L 5cyl basic Jetta with a manual trans.
Or anything else buy Toyota.
Surprised to hear a recommendation for a vehicle with VWAG's 2.0T which has long been known for reliability issues.
ОтветитьThe Mercedes c207 or E350coupe ?
ОтветитьI genuinely appreciate your style and overall content 🎉 I have the bankroll for new luxury cars but too much electronics for me. I enjoy luxury of all sizes especially the German brands ! You’re a straight shooter who gives inspiration for me to choose a few older models…Thanks so much & I’m a car fanatic who was raised well by my Father !!! Lastly…I’m done with manual & looking for auto transmission only 😎
ОтветитьI have owned a BMW 2013 M3 for 10 years and a BMW 2019 M550 for 4.5 years - zero problems. The key is to drive moderately, do the maintenance, yes go to a good dealer who knows the vehicle. I have 2 high performance cars but I take care of them and they last. I have owned 6 BMWs, 2 Jaguars and 6 Lexuses and the answer is always do the maintenance.
ОтветитьI n ew knew there is such a thing as a reliable German car, I've always wnated a 5 series BMW, but everyone told me as long as you have plenty of money in your bank account for a rainy day, then get one.
ОтветитьBMW= B.reak M.y W.allet = BMW
ОтветитьBUYER BEWARE!! If you are the type that wants a fun-to-drive car without enduring the annual aggravation of pouring thousands of dollars into "whoops" "gotcha" repair and maintenance costs none of these cars are for you unless you intend to dump them onto someone else before the problems arise. (note: when someone is pushing resale on German cars that's code for dump this turkey before it explodes) Notice how with every one of them he mentions a laundry list of problems you need to ignore in order to consider the cars reliable. Sort of like saying inflation is low if you ignore your grocery bill. This guy is so intent on pushing fun to drive cars he's picking through the dirty underwear trying to find the jocks that stink the least.
ОтветитьHello , how about the BMW 840i ? Is it reliable .
ОтветитьAll these cars are too small
Ответитьwhat is your take on CL 63 AMG 2011-2014 W216?
ОтветитьAll of them compare to Lexus are nothing
ОтветитьThanks for the in depth informative videos mark!
ОтветитьDoesn't 230i come with B58 engine?
ОтветитьYes on the 911.Big no on BMW'S, unless we're talking ancient 2002's
ОтветитьPutting 997.1 on this list is a joke... Owner.
ОтветитьMr Exotic, what you think about the lexus UX hybrid they come with 2.0 engine and the lexus NX hybrid they come with 2.5 engine which one is more better profromance and good with petrol, thanks you please
ОтветитьYour c300 also a B58
ОтветитьRemember my friend every time put price on! Tell about price, price, price! Okay? Price, price, price! One more thing PRICE!!! P R I C E
ОтветитьWhat can you tell me about the new Maserati
ОтветитьB58 is a fantastic engine. I have one. One of the reasons I was finally able to pull the trigger on a BMW. If it's good enough for Toyota to put their name on it, it's good. Zero issues with my M340i, it's been a wonderful car.
ОтветитьThe 640i Gran Coupé (F06 body) uses the N55. The only 6 series utilizing the B58 is the 640i Gran Turismo (G32 body).
ОтветитьYou're right sometimes, but I trust SCOTTY KILMER more beacuse he is an auto mechanic for decades,he should be the one to advise on car reliability than all other car analysis. Hey me be wrong sometime but he know much about that thing called cars!!!
ОтветитьCamera work makes me nauseous
Ответитьmy 2016 e250 is a beast. 10 year extended warranty on the diesel emissions system and I've only had to replace the noX sensor and diesel temperature gauge. Always service it 1000km early. I let the turbo idle after coming off the highway.
ОтветитьYour manic camera movements made me anxious. Lol.
ОтветитьExtremely detailed, video. Great !
ОтветитьI don't know seems like you're just trying to sell your cars smh..
ОтветитьGood Job
ОтветитьHey I would like to know your opinion on the 2016 x5 40e. Thank you
ОтветитьMy old 2002 Bimmer 328 was the most reliable German car my family ever owned out of 6, and it was cheap to fix if you have the right mechanic. Rest were reasonable reasonable, no big issues, just tiny little issues. Audi was the only money pit for me, but YMMV.
ОтветитьI have a 2008 BMW 328i e93 with a manual transmission and it has been dead reliable at 78k miles.
ОтветитьWhy not Mercedes??
ОтветитьI'm looking at a 2005 BMW 320 here in Oz, under 100,000 kms and the service history look very good. Still nervous, but should I be.
ОтветитьHorrible camera work and editing!
Serve NO purpose. 👎
Thank you, Sir. Few questions:
- is B48 a chopped version of B58? Other than minus 2 cylinders, any other major differences?
- does 4 cylinder Supra use B48?
- what do you recommend for non-AMG version, you mentioned 4 cylinder, and V6, just wanted to know proper MB engine designation
