The government will never proactively help anyone, they’ll wait till after all the damage is done to come in and use another conviction to increase salaries and taxes. Convictions equal tax dollars, the more people get convicted the more taxes they can assume to incarcerate. The money increased for them. Why do you think it’s illegal not to send your kids to school? Because it justifies money. Money they charge you do the things that they tell you to do. We’re all puppets

I think you could say she had a "murderous personality" (like her father).

They should have had the fire marshal work the case he seemed like a real genius.

Law enforcement didn’t just fail Frank, they failed Frank’s children, family, friends…all of those people still hurt. YOUR JOB was to protect your community. Your message was “well if you want our help you won’t get much”. If Frank was a woman would it have been dealt with more seriously? I guess I doubt it. 8 hours a day most of us have a job to do.
