Wow, some really interesting ideas. I’ve always wondered about Sterling Ink - I’ve wanted to try them - I’m definitely not a Hobinichi person, but I have been interested in trying the Tamoe River paper many people rave about it. But I love the A&O and Hemlock and Oak paper - the substantial feel that the paper has and I really been into fountain pen so I wasn’t sure if a sterling ink would work. But you really given me some things to think about - thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьI love the Sterling Ink Planners. I ordered a few of them for 2025. I currently use a passport (for health); an A5 for a catch-all. For 2025, I went crazy and got a B6 Horizontal, an A5 horizontal; an N2 and a passport. And, do you know I have the nerve to be looking at a B5. Stop me! I do not have a plan for all of them yet, but I feel confident that the A5 will be my faith planner/journal. Oh yes, I do use an A5 monthly booklet for my finances. For your future reference, Catherine does have the N1 Weekly Booklets. You get Jan.-June Weeklies in the Book 1 and July-Dec. Weeklies in Book 2. This is great when you already have a notebook like your LP Designs. The weekly booklets have the quarterly breakdowns but no monthly spreads. I love all your videos. Thank you for sharing your ideas!
ОтветитьI really like Sterling Ink planners. This year I've been using an N2 and B6 compact planners. For 2025, I'll be using a B6 Slim horizontal compact and an N2 horizontal compact. I'm trying the B6 lined notebook as my journal. Once I found the pens that work on the Tomoe River paper, it's been great. Besides washi stickers, I also like using stamps to lessen the bulk. I've been a subscriber to her full sub kits and love them.
ОтветитьI’ve been TRP curious for a while, so decided to jump in for 2025. Eek! I decided on the PaperTess because she bundles her months, weeks and daily pages. But I am a huge fan of Sterling Ink and use her notebooks for work. The gold edging grew on me in a great way. As it fluffs it gets even better.
ОтветитьOne of the many things that I love about SI planners is that no matter the orientation or size, both sides of the weekly layout are gridded! I wish she hadn’t darkened and shaded the yearly tracker but I guess I’ll get used to it - Please don’t bow to pressure to be more like Hobonichi - that’s one of the reasons I jumped off the Hobonichi band wagon - and they don’t have Standard Travelers notebook. Love the gilded edge
ОтветитьI think the booklets are great and I actually use the monthly and weekly booklets while working with patients that have cognitive/memory deficits. They are also great to have for on the go
ОтветитьWeekly within the monthly... Just Scribble has that covered 😊
ОтветитьIn the Leafy Tree Top has what I think what you mean about weeklies in a monthly. Not a TRP or bookbind planner. I love the second monthly layout she has. It's all the weeks, but it's a second monthly layout with a good amount of room. Different layout than a standard monthly.
ОтветитьI bought an N1 full year and an N2 compact - I am so excited to move in!
ОтветитьWhat is the best Moterm leather snap cover for the N1 sterling ink
ОтветитьGirl I’m using 19 planners this year. Check out my planner lineup plus I added 4 more. Have you ever tried Tomoe river paper planners. They are amazing.
ОтветитьI ordered the TN 1 almost for the exact same reason that you did lol. I have had Moterm travelers notebook cover for two years now. I have it filled with just grid notebooks and I really didn’t know how to use it other than like a catchall, where I’d Iwrite my notes and ideas down, etc. I used to use the Happy Planner, I tried using the Kikki K, I was going to try Cloth and Paper, mbut I am just not there yet.
I’ve heard so many people in the planner community talk about Sterling Ink and how amazing the owner is. And she fits right in my budget and I already have a planner cover, so I jumped on it. I haven’t received yet, but I am so excited! As part of my Christmas presents from my husband.❤
I ordered mine in the Mulberry
