It’s okay everyone, this is just from studies opinion after experiments. But psychology is a on-going process, you never know what is truly right or wrong. As long as you are learning to love yourself, to be more comfortable in your skin, you focus on yourself, that actually as well can radiate attractiveness. You are attractive just the way you are, don’t find validation from somewhere else, right people will appreciate you. Don’t get anxious over it, you are loved and you can love. 🫂

Alright. Well I got a 0/5, and physically I'm not doing too much better. I seem to have some of the traits that are listed as reasons WHY people would like you or gravitate towards you, but if anything the opposite is true. It feels like I repel people sometimes - on the rare occasion I start a conversation on my own it tends to end up being a one-off thing. Hell, I don't even get catcalled. I've seen and heard of people who are far less conventionally attractive than me being harassed, but I seem to be immune. One girl in high school said she thought I was scary until she got to know me. It's hard for me to be vulnerable and I tend to care about people too much, if that makes sense? Although I'll admit I have my pet peeves - primarily gatekeeping and being judgemental when you don't know the full story. I've been told by close friends that I scare people because I come off as TOO genuine, which quite frankly doesn't make sense to me. Plus my antidepressants leave me passionless for pretty much anything but the wellbeing of my family and friends. I don't experience strong emotions outside of that. When it comes down to it, I'm remarkably bland for someone as strange and off-putting as me. Not particularly passionate about things, but vaguely interested in weird stuff. Horrible memory, guaranteed to tell stories multiple times and forget details about what you've said. Older adults do tend to find me quite charming and witty, primarily teachers and coworkers. I'd say I just know how to interact with them better, but the same phrases that get me weird looks with my peers get laughs out of them (i.e. "splendid!" and "I've come to terms with it" (in regards to an untied shoelace, typically)). I was homeschooled and I'm quite introverted when it comes to strangers, so that doesn't help. My shitty memory and disinterest means I can't really discuss pop culture with people my age. I just want to make friends. But golly am I awful at that.

After watching, this seems a bit more like charming AND attractive.

The Halo effect is crazy, at first you think it's not real but then when you analyze your convos, you realize that everyone that thought you were smart and capable didn't do it because your personality or skills, but rather cause you're good looking. That blew my mind.

The only time I know when someone finds me attractive is when an elderly woman is telling me other than that nobody close to my age finds me attractive I might as well just settle for a dusty old suga mama at this point

i relate to none of these (except keeping fit because i cycle daily) but i feel that even if i had all of them checked off, i still come off as unattractive.

Well, kids with special needs approach me faster than they do with others (specifically those with autism), but I don't think that is because they find me attractive.

What I was always told was that since I was a child, I had a pretty face and slim figure. Though I have a big belly now. I’d say that I’m above average in prettiness. I think others would think that too. Because I have pretty eyes and a good personality.

As a gay man, I have slept with many men but I've received compliments only from those who are more attractive than me... I do think I look good. But sometimes I wonder if I'm ugly because unattractive men are much more likely to hit on me. Maybe attractive men are too afraid to hit on me because they think they might get rejected? Also, I know an obese girl who thinks she's the most attractive girl in our hometown just because she has slept with almost everyone, but the truth is that men just know that she won't refuse sex because of her obesity.

Halo effect is real. Had a very fit, tall, muscular coworker and everyone would immediately go to him to ask a question instead of me. He would get hit on by women often. He influences everyone just by presence. This video was accurate.
