ОтветитьI enjoyed 45 seconds at a time and the music. However, I disliked numerous ground exercises using arms, to occur one after the other. My arms needed a break.

day 1: im gonna die, all my body is screaming right now, help me omg i cant calm down.
Day 2: omg its sweat like the first day i tried. But tbh, its not really hurt like yesterday. So cool omg.
day 3: i skip to solve some problems.
day 4: still hurt like first day, i hope to see the results as much as i tried. Yep, still sweap lol.
