Holy cow. I've done this one twice, and even though I consider myself very fit, I've had to stop for a breather during a squat session near the end. What a great, tough workout!

I enjoyed 45 seconds at a time and the music. However, I disliked numerous ground exercises using arms, to occur one after the other. My arms needed a break.

I will try it in 30 days, aim: lose 25kg in 2 year.
day 1: im gonna die, all my body is screaming right now, help me omg i cant calm down.
Day 2: omg its sweat like the first day i tried. But tbh, its not really hurt like yesterday. So cool omg.
day 3: i skip to solve some problems.
day 4: still hurt like first day, i hope to see the results as much as i tried. Yep, still sweap lol.
