ОтветитьBeef is super healthy? Not even close. Factory farmed beef that you buy at the grocery store is full of chemicals and growth hormones. Not to mention they feed the cows GMO corn. Then on top of that you have the saturated fat in the muscle. All of this combined can cause cancer in the cells and high cholesterol in the arteries. The World Health Organization has classified all processed meat as a Class 1 carcinogen. You're just another talking head pushing for the meat industry. What little protein, iron, and b12 you get from beef, is not worth it , nutrition-wise.
