ОтветитьThanks you so much for these work outs I’m an at home mom with a 12 and 1 year old and I lost my self for a while now since having my son this new year I promised to pay more attention to my selfcare and I feel amazing more calm more patient I traded all my worries and stress for this and it’s truly getting my mental health back on track I have a 90 day plan to see my results I’ll come back with updates peace and love to everyone

A suggestion for beginners like me though. Don’t feel pressured to go as fast as Mizi with these moves. It’s more important to make sure you’re engaging your core even if you have to go slower. ♥️
Sweating like hell.. can't complete at a one time . Just a beginner... But I will complete one day...
