Once I take a nap in the afternoon. Suddenly i felt like cannot breath, cannot open my eyes, my body cannot move at all. I am so scared. After a few minutes, i open my eyes, trying to get up. For my surprised, i saw my body left behind. I called so hard for my mum which juz pass by in front of me. But she seems like cannot see me at all. then i lay back. The body attached back again... I open my eyes again. I thought i was dead that time...

To say its a hallucination seems ignorant.
I've had lucid dreams before but the few times I've astral projected my whole body has strongly vibrated, noises so loud I thought I would go deaf and much more than just visual "hallucination* not sure what he thinks astral projection is or if he knows.

I enjoy Sadguru alot....but I feel he puts down people more than he lifts them up, or empowers hope..so to speak.

Our most frequent astral trips occur when were sleeping so it's not surprising that those trips are usually mistaken for our dreams ,After all we are every part of our dreams ,I LL respectfully leave you to your beliefs secure in my certainty that one of these days you'll take an astral trip too clear and too powerful to explain why .Then when somebody tells you it was just your imagination ,or simply you're crazy ,you'll know how the rest of us feel 🥀

Even science is concluding that there's a literal other dimension we visit through psychedelics, astral projections are just a massive dump of the endogenous DMT active in our brains. I Astral projected once in my entire life and I literally was floating around throughout my old house that I was living in at the time I was like 5 or 6 when this happened ever since than I haven't been able to Astral project and I'm trying to figure out why and when I Astral projected once in my life I didn't even know I was doing it at that time until last year when I started to do some digging about Astral protecting. So Astral projecting is very much real.

I can resonate with what sadhguru is saying. You know, when you ingest for example lsd or shrooms, theres a sense of losing control of yourself in a way. Sometimes, you forget the room your in, who it belongs to, where it goes. Sometimes you forget to read. All sorts of stuff, whilst being completely awake.

Now, if you take astral projection, I can testify from personal experience to a small degree that what sadhguru is saying, is you need to be able to make sense of the body enough to be able to let it go, and once your taken by the ”wind” of the ”ether” or that higher dimension, and you let yourself go meanwhile you still hold yourself completely in a position of ”experience” only, you cant really maintain much of your personality, thinking oh lets go to egypt its fun weeehooo im flying to the moon now - no - its like your get anchored for a few seconds at a time and the only thing you really can do is let yourself go and see where your taken and basically explore that further but other than that as he said i think imagining yourself flying around your town is pure halucination theres no actual viable information that could be retrieved like projecting into another room and reading a page of a book.

Anyone have any idea why I full blown astral projected to space while practicing QiGong one random day at 16 years of age? Literally was just in space, then back to my body whist still in the motions of that practice.

✨yes it is... as a child i did this noghtly at will. I only flew in my neighborhood but i did it. Wasnt hallucinating as i knocked on my neighbors window and next day i told her what she wore n said to her friend and she heard a knock but saw no one... this is possible.

I tried astral twice....
I felt so tried before asleep... i felt that i have to pee but my body was so tired.. then i found myself waking up alone,like floating while walking. I saw our dining silence and piece, i saw our balcony, and suddenly came to there immediately. I went to the street,i as fast as i can imagine. I saw our house with a dim light on it. I went back. And walk straight to my room,i saw my body without any thought of it. I lyidown again to it. And felt strange about and ask myself? Did i go to the bathroom already?
