Being born outside vietnam I don't know the translations to some of the ingredients so I have such a hard time buying ingredients even though I know the method of some of these dishes. Ответитьcan you make the ones in the streets without the tomato paste and the tomatoes? i have worked there in vn for a year and a half and i really liked the sauted macaroni as a street food. what i can remember is that chi put some garlic paste, seasoning like soy sauce or oyster sauce with beef and fried egg. she even added some blanched bok choy on it and sprinkled a little bit of ground pepper. really liked and missed that dish so much!
