I have sleep apnea. AH1 is how many times you hold your breath during your he night for at least 10 seconds. Before a CPAP, my ah1 was around 15. With a CPAP it stays around 5, which is ten days ones bette sleep. When I began doing different yoga nidras, putting it on with my headphones, laying on my back, realized it was down to at least 3 every night without fail But now that this is the one I do every single night; my ah1 is never as high as 2, and almost always between, .2 and .8. I have even had to to zero some

ОтветитьI love your voice for yoga nidra but the music in all your videos is way too loud. Doesn't work for relaxing because my mind is disturbed by the music. Please do a video without loud music (or maybe without any music at all.

ОтветитьI love your voice and cadence way more than many others. The music is too loud compared to your voice. It was distracting for me and I couldn't finish the meditation. I would like a yoga nidra with just your voice or music barely in the background.
