New Brunswick is the only legally bilingual province. Therefore, they have both French and English on their signs.
ОтветитьOne Canadian tip I have never seen anyone cover is that Alberta has red letters on their license plate and no front plates. Some other provinces also have no front plates, but it can help distinguish Alberta from B.C in mountainous areas. The red letters are also usually noticable
Ответитьthis helped me evevate my skills
ОтветитьActual pro tips.
ОтветитьNew Brunswick is bilingual and has sings in both english and french (not always though i think). In Canada only Ottawa has street sings in both languages. But it's pretty easy to figure out if you are in Ottawa or New Brunswick
ОтветитьYup it’s the law in New Brunswick! It’s the only official bilingual province
ОтветитьIn Québec we also have another road ending sign, it's like the checkered one but the arrows are bigger and the yellow background of the arrows is rectangular instead of being in a diamond like the shape of the sign if that makes sense
Ответитьplay duels non nmpz fuk em up would love to watch
ОтветитьNew Brunswick is officially the only bilingual province in Canada. Thus explain why the stop and road signs are both in english and french. You can find both languages in Quebec, Ontario and other provinces too but not often on the governments signs cuz they aren't officially bilingual at the government level.

ОтветитьI don't think that Mitsubishi in Tunisia trick is a follow car. In most coverage of Kairouan, the Mitsubishi is behind you as well as the normal follow car. Seems like it might have just been a curious local. Granted, if you see that car, you know you're going to be in Kairouan and that car is not popular in Tunisia.
ОтветитьWhen did the word meta take on the meaning of the word strategy?
ОтветитьYou're pronouncing Ontario wrong.. it rhymes with stereo

ОтветитьNitpicking here but: Serbian antenna can also be found in Niš and Novi Sad as well as Belgrade, and a couple of highways in between them. It still is rare though. North Macedonia never has antenna, not just rarely as you said in the video. Slovakia pretty commonly has no antenna too, and in a cz/sk 50/50 with no antenna Slovakia is much more likely. Gen 3 turkey also never has antenna. Not exactly a European antenna meta but can look like parts of Europe so its good to know.

ОтветитьJesus how do you know all these things?!
Ответить@zi8gzag So I’m from Nova Scotia which is right next to New Brunswick and yes I do believe it’s a law there. Another interesting thing about New Brunswick is that they speak Acadian French which is kind of a strange mixture of French and English, so if you know some common French words you might be able to pick out some Acadian French signs for being a bit different.
Another cool thing I wanted to mention (though it would probably be super rare to come across this in Geoguessr) is that in some indigenous reserves around Nova Scotia (and I think New Brunswick as well) have their indigenous language on the stop signs (usually Mi’kmaq) and some street signs have both English and the indigenous language.
In St. Boniface, Winnipeg, Manitoba you will see stop signs in French on top and English on the bottom. Also Norwood areas, and a couple others.
