ОтветитьMa'am, Very nice recipe & soup beans are a staple dish here in Kentucky, we use a smoked ham hock or 2 for seasoning instead of bacon skin/rind, those are deep fried for cracklins', if you have never had them hot out of the fryer you'll never want the ones in a bag again
