I was doing so good with yoga, got depressed, gained weight back and lost my flexibility again. This video helps me feel good after sitting in front of screens all day.

Whilst I’m recovering from shoulder surgery (post 5 months), these yoga practices are what I need. Having to adapt several moves (no downward dogs or vinyasa flows), but at least I can start stretching my shoulder more. Namaste xo
