I was wondering if this batter makes a tasty and flavorful cobbler to be used with blueberries or other fruits? I cannot seem to find a batter for a fruit cobbler that has good taste and not just blah or so-so.

Looks so delicious, just one thing you should heat your water in the microwave, that water was a lot of wasted water with you having sink run that long

Looks delicious! Kind of like a pecan pie in cobbler form. I'm from the south (GA originally) and I grew up hearing pecan pronounced PUH-CON too, not PEE-CAN..lol

These are wonderful! You can also use club crackers, they will fit better together in your pan and not leave as much space between cookies.

I'm gonna have to figure out the calorie count on this ... Counting Calories is a must for me ... but if I do then I can have this on occasion I bet I can get the calorie count off each ingredient ... so that will give me calories in the entire recipe ... it is soo good sounding and looking ....
