Hulk has never hurt any innocents..you are putting separate times together in which it was explained by Marvel that the hulk systematically has attacked where and in a way that innocents wont be hurt...so the penance stare wont work on him period . BRUCE would have to have been the 1 for the stare to work on...

No offense but the way the hulk built and has been written after generations there is no way to kill the Hulk now. He'll be around when nothing else exist in universe. Then when the universe rests he'll become hulk galactus and be close lining planets into oblivion. Penance stare is only reliable if he can get the hulk to look into his eye which we are talking about a giant green rage monster. Hulk only see red. He ain't looking into your eyes when his punching or chucking you out the stratosphere.

Ok, I'm new to the Ghost Rider comics, so I just want to know, how powerful is Ghost Rider's penance stare? And how does it work?

The Hulk kills when he needs to kill and if he needs to hold someone down he can do that just as good

People keep bringing up the endless possibilities of human casualties from all the destruction caused by the Hulk, but I thought the Penance Stare would require him to have intentionally murdered an innocent, causing pain and suffering in the way that an evil person would? Our Hulk isn't evil... (Not talking about the other versions of him that are evil) So it shouldn't work on him anyway, imo. 🤔🤷

There're people who can kill the Hulk, but the devil just revives Hulk infinitely. So even if you do manage to kill him, that's not a win since revival is part of his powerset. You can't even trap him in a different dimension since he can just punch through them. The Hulk is such b.s.; Thanos couldn't even do that when he had the gauntlet and all the infinity stones because didn't Starlord trap Thanos in a different dimension while he had them. The only reason he escaped is because Peter got bored and let them out.

We use to say how this character or this other is powerful. Ghost rider for example is presented powerful, but he got his power from signing a pact. No one speak about the one giving him his power.👀
