At my heavist i was around 295lbs and since I'm short and petite built thats close to 600lbs on a normal size person. Currently im a very healthy 157lbs. I started by only drinking water and maybe a black coffee in the morning and dropped my first 40ish pounds simply by cutting out liquid calories. My next step was to learn to cook from scratch while making sure my protien and fiber were as high as possible (when your small build like me you get less calories per dayso i do that because the protine fills me up fast and the fiber keeps me satisfied) and dropped another 40-50 pounds just from cooking my own meals. Lost the rest by finally biting the bullet and joining my local y and swimming three to four times a week

When they say they don't eat alot everyday when they already far cool you not getting fatter but your still far because at one point in time you ate way too much and do zero exercise once you fat you fat you need to eat less and most most importantly exercise period shit is sooooo simple but people wanna be victims and cry and make excuses

Is crazy how this man is telling us so much truth and encouraged people to eat more of the foods that are actually killing us. If is the soil that had been depleted, maybe you should encourage people to grow their own food and to make sure they compost their own gardens not encourage people to eat death like animals and other unhealthy foods. The only reason the animals have those nutrients is because they're getting it from plants dummy.

I've given up eating any carbs, fats and sugars. Just veg, salad, fruit, chicken and fish. Slimming World helps.

Sorry but.... this was shocking. Eating a whole foods, plant-based diet is shown to fortify microbiome in the gut which result in overall health, longer health-span and life-span. They recommend eating 20-30 plantfoods a week for optimal weight, brain function and a healthy gut. All animal products should be minimized to 3 times a week, and focusing on eating mainly legumes for proteins instead, result in less risk of heart disease. Stop spreading false information that result in literal death!

Eat beef, butter, bacon and eggs. Eat until you are satisfied. Eat a 1 to 1 ratio of fat to protein. Leave big pharma in the dust.

if you only eat fresh vegetables, fresh fruit and use salmon, chicken breast, almonds or yogurt for protein you will be fine. Don't eat anything processed

If you want to lose weight, don't pay attention to all those fad diets. Just slash your processed food consumption, cook your own meals from scratch, increase your fruit and vegetable consumption, and exercise. Guys, it's those processed foods!

I’ve been on a long journey of losing weight since 2020. I went from 265 to my current weight of 215, I’m almost at my 200 point goal. It’s still hard for me to put don’t the snacks and soft drinks, but I’ve been eating and drinking a lot less of those and instead I now eat 1 large 2,000 calorie meal packed full of all my necessary nutrients

I stay thin at hieght 5ft "2 & I wiegh a 100 pounds by living on a low carb diet. It's not the fat in foods that cause wieght gain. It's the carbohydrates that's causing wieght gain & obesity. That's why fat free & low fat diets don't work!

i got to say stress also plays a good role into it , i quit my old job and got the same one at just a different company and i went into it a bit differently, i am delivering groceries on a bike and honestly only reason why i stayed was cause off the good wage , the tips are outstanding bagging over 1000+ euros on tips + my minimum wage off 1400 honestly makes me happy , however i didnt enjoy the job for some reason, so i went to a different company , and forced my self to enjoy the job after a while cause off this mindset i loved it acc , and nowni enjoy a good wage + a job i acc enjoy , and my god does it make a bigg difference , it has helped me cut down on cigarretes , got a position higher which i still get to ride the bike to , and the free excercise , that one change off mindset changed everything wince then i have also become healthier :)

Yep I knew about vitamin D3 and B12. I have to take extra D3 and B12. My doctor told me to get my vitamins from food but it's hard for me cause I don't eat much at all and I'm not obesity either.

Much of the short videos come from a show in the UK called Secret Eaters , and if its not staged, most were eating twice the necessary calories. Also, wearing a CGM if you are not diabetic is a waste of your money

goodness, watch 10 videos on health/diet and get 10 very different messages, each delivered as gospel. got this one more/less telling us to ditch most plants in favor of meats/eggs/cheese w/ the next saying never to eat animal-sourced items then the next saying to only eat meat. seems they're trying to keep us in a state of dietary confusion.

I thought my inability to lose weight was hormones. Turns out I wasn't drinking water, which meant I couldnt activate a process of hydrolysis in my fat cells.

I was fat and unhealthy because of dehydration.

I have been fat many times, but I have always lost it too. Its the foods you eat. I do not eat crap food. If I do get fat, its typically because I'm eating a lot more calories to gain muscle. And I always eat natural fats too. I wouldn't eat Crisps for my fats 👀

Because I have Lipedema and as missdiagnosed for 40 Years until i went to Turkey! 40 day Waterfast i gained 5kg. I wish i knew 40 Years ago about Lipedema and Keto/Carnivore then i would not have starved myself for 40 Years

Education is the biggest reason obese people are obese, we need to teach people how to cook and learn them about calories. And have them know that you can't loose weight in one day, its a lifestyle. I don't know how to cook and im 22, i wish i knew as i go to the gym so im 10% the way there but i need my diet on point. I feels really depressed i think is why i dont make healthy meals, my brain says: you deserve this unhealthy snack and you won't overeat. And i always end up overheating, snacks makes me so happy and i think im addicted but i believe i can get out of this with the right support. I am autistic aswell so i do struggle to eat non process foods but i certainly want to give it ago just need to care about myself more to get me there.

Its very simple:
1. Lift weights 4-6 times a week and do some cardio
2. Eat clean (animal protein, vegetables, complex carbs, fruits, healthy fats like olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, antioxidants) and have a decent macro nutrient distribution
3. Avoid all the poison (alcohol, ultraprocessed food, fast food, sugar, seed oils, etc.)
4. Stay hydrated (2.5-4 liters of water a day)
5. Enough and adequate sleep

If you do this 5 things, there is no way you'll be obese.

it is complete BS guys. it is 95% my fault that l was fat. genetic conditions are not a death sentence, they are red flags to be especially careful about what you put in your mouth and how much you put. and when you listen to this talk, well, it's scary to listen to... with a few exceptions being fat is almost everytime my fault. not food, not a gene, but mine. eat less sugar, deal with addictions and trauma, and stop blaming others, that's all :) and main thing-you can't overtrain a bad diet, ever, you can do sports as much as you like if youre eating trashfood, sport wont help your wastelines in any way.
