Okay, I’m going to be giving you my honest opinion and feedback and updating you guys on results, this is coming from a 15 year old girl by the way:

Day 1: Was pretty good, the burn is real, I can feel it in my core

Day 1: went to gym and did another waist exercise too but this felt good!
Day 2: I was in so much pain so doing some of these were hard but I’m determined to keep going
Day 3: didnt have time
Day 4: went to the gym and this exercise was much more fun to do than the first day and I feel stronger! Also I can see some ab outlines!

Doing this challenge for a second time and probably longer than 12 days. I did it about a month ago and even though I didn't do it for 12 days straight, I did notice a difference in my midsection. I tried the abs and deep core one and it was good too, but I feel like this one is far more effective for me. Hopefully I can actually do it more often and be able to see a bigger difference 😃

starting weight: 141 lbs
day 1: done i didn’t feel any burn it was easy

I have a family function coming up after 20 days and i wanna look my best so i would try this workout with two other 10 min workiut video (my exams also starting in 20 days so need to prepare for taht too🥲)
I will walk for minimum 30 minutes every day
Plus try to eat healthy (that's the biggest challenge for me ) and will drink warm water with lemon or green tea in morning i will do workout 6 days a week and will update my progress for next 18-20 days
Everyone who is doing this best of luck
Day1- ☑️ wasn't that hard

I'm gonna try this for a month and give results!
Starting : Waist-26.5
Day 1 : ✅ Definitely felt the burn, and didn't take any breaks, so great start!
Day 2 : ✅ My core was burning from the day before; my entire body was shaking.
Day 3 : ✅ The burn was crazy and I've definitely got a long way to go!
Day 4 : ✅ Burned so much and I struggled through it.
Day 5 : ✅ I'm definitely feeling results; I don't have as much as an appetite and I don't eat so much now!
Day 6 : ✅ Burns a lot, but I've been cutting calories more so I'm expecting more of a result soon!
