This brings me chills. I know this brings racists fear. And all it is, is a series about the truth
ОтветитьA discussion of capitalism and MLKS inclinations toward democratic socialism will be omitted from the entire thing just like the rest of his legacy
ОтветитьI can’t wait!
ОтветитьBatman v superman
captain America civil war
Alien vs predator
Now....Malcolm vs King.....
Hilarious irony this is on Disney+ / Hulu.
ОтветитьBro I just hope they're not making this a series because it's just gonna be so cringe.
ОтветитьPass 😒
ОтветитьI love how they just keep profiting off of our dead messiah’s 🫠
ОтветитьThis will be an insult
ОтветитьThe should have hired Johnathan Majors to play MLK. 😬
ОтветитьI know the history between Martin Luther King and Malcolm X. Martin wants to live in peace to be non violent and make friends with the whites, Jews, Catholics, etc. Malcolm hated the whites and he wants to be violent. He never wants to make peace and make friends with the whites. When he went to Middle East from Egypt to Saudi Arabia: Mecca, he met the people who followed the Muslim religion. There are blacks, tan, and whites. He learned that Allah love wondrous verities to all the nations and different colors who followed the Muslim religion
ОтветитьFigured. Looks like a watered down Disney Production
Ответитьy’all wild for casting random black men and saying yeah let’s make them x and mlk doesn’t even look like them or have their mannerisms this will flop
ОтветитьThey better not water this down
ОтветитьLove to see the young guys in films. Looking forward to this.
Ответитьyawn.
Ответитьclaim MALCOLM X DAY IS MAY 19
ОтветитьAll people is similar ❤
ОтветитьGives me goosebumps.
Ответитьfu3k this movie, fu3k hollywood, and fu3k amerikkka. do you really believe mlk and x would appreciate this movie?
ОтветитьI'm so ready to watch!
ОтветитьThis series has changed so much I thought it was gonna be about the barely known stories of the many geniuses in history
ОтветитьAgain?
ОтветитьDisney+?.... nah this gon be on some bullcrap i see it from a mile away
Ответить👀
👄
☝🏿💪🏿💯🤷🏿♂️
ОтветитьMalcolm X wasnt part of the civil rights movement so its clear this is a bad documentary already
ОтветитьAre there no other figures in history to make a film about?
We have 80 million movies about these people. This regurgitation is getting old and people are tired of it.
Tell some new stories. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Neither of those actors are believable as Malcolm or Dr. KIng. You should have used the guy from the show The Godfather of Harlem for Malcolm for sure!
ОтветитьThese actors look nothing like their real-life counterparts and that's giving weird vibes.
ОтветитьI already watched SPIKE LEES MALCOM X !!!!!! I'm cool!!!!!
ОтветитьAaron Pierre & Kelvin Harrison Jr. are Great choices, they aesthetically look like both Dr. King & Brother Malcolm X.
ОтветитьThe movement and spirit of the 60s is needed as the SLEEPING needs to be WOKEN -NOT DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION -[NOT their definition of "WOKE"] which is allowed to be a quota for "their"purposes of checking the box..to dismantle/ modify/control as it is occurring as I comment..Time for TRUE ownership and marketability, competitive capitalism and control..not temporary passes...
ОтветитьOh look. Blacks and their “struggle”. There’s something you’re not forced to see every day
ОтветитьThis might be the only thing to get me to watch disney + Im ready to see this!
ОтветитьThey could have chosen better actors for this
Ответитьnow this is a show I'll tune into. People tell me to watch "Power" but I'm tired of seeing our people portrayed in such a negative light. This is more like it
ОтветитьKeep 'em coming. I'm loving it. I waited forever for them to bring the Emmet Till story to the big screen and I thought Danielle Deadwyler was exceptional in 'Till.' 'Judas and the Black Messiah,' 'The Harder They Fall,' 'If Beale Street Could Talk,' 'Fences,' 'The Woman King,' 'One Night in Miami' - all highly enjoyable contributions to the cinematic landscape. They're food for the soul. Please keep them coming.
ОтветитьIm here for it
ОтветитьAs I child I was raised to handle situations with the spirit of MLK but as I became older and had my own life experiences I follow I’m more Malcom X. Fight fire with fire. Nevertheless I admire the courage and legacy of both these men.
ОтветитьHow many movies we gon keep making about these people? 😭
ОтветитьGlad to see genius back… im just hoping they dont hold any punches, and continue to explore the individuals on their public appearance and private controversial human selves, which was always my favorite part about the series as it shows even truly great people are flawed as anyone else. MLK especially and X are ripe ground for this.
ОтветитьWhen u add cream to coffee it becomes weak.. ron howard and Brian Glazer backing lies
ОтветитьAin’t no way they get this right.
ОтветитьQuick hands up, who here agreed.
With
Malcolm x: Aggressive, yet effective protests, alongside the black panther party
Or
Martin Luther king: Peaceful yet effective protest
And please comment why or why not
This is like the Betty & Coretta movie except it focuses on Martin and Malcolm. If only their meeting was not just in passing . However this was the moment in preparation for when they each began to see the value in each of their philosophies
ОтветитьMLK/X/JFK/RFK all for the same thing and got killed for attempting to unite. That’s how the left literally got killed and why we’ve been right wing for all these decades. Sadly from the trailer this show is ignoring the Kennedy’s influence on ending segregation.
Ответитьuntil denzel and spike get recognition...ill just have to pass.
ОтветитьY'all chose foreigners instead of actual black American men, to tell the story of Black American icons...
On top of that, there are plenty PLENTY of black Americans who look way closer to Malcolm x than him. I'm talking doppelganger. Malcolm x and The godfather of Harlem, both actors because there were two variants, looked way closer🤨🤨🤨🤨
Does anyone know the song playing?
