Tell me something. Amateur astronomers can see several planets, all spheres that spin with basic telescopes . But our planet is not like any other one we can see, its "flat" ? We have tides, the days in Alaska are very long, then short. But we are flat ? I agree there is the possibility there are many things about the earth we have told that are a lie. But flat ?

Just a thought here ...... If there is a hole at the North and South poles, a toroidal Earth shape would completely make sense ... Earth has a shape close to spherical, but the toroid shape would also allow for inner Earth land area.
