If they truly want to get older players back then they gotta leave recruit alone, add them to more modes like ranked, add back pve content, add more pve content such as a storymode following the og story they abandoned for swat olympics(?) and most importantly they heavily gotta work on bugs and anti cheat while they stop trying to enforce bs monetisation.

They are just doing a final cash out with siege. Cheaters problem gets worse every day and all the other issues. Ubi is just trying to get the final cash grab and then its lights out

5 recruits, 3 flashes, 2 nades each, lmg. That's literally the most common strat and it still is just -recruit 5 stack-, not something incredibly op

The stat system is a good idea but executed badly, and I call it an operation because I get an operator token (I don't have every operator) still don't like it though but sentry has commando which I think is good

the solis nerf was uncalled for, she has a negative win-rate on xbox, and a barely positive one on pc. basically she isnt preforming well, AND SHE GOT HIT THAT HARD with a nerf, AND theres another nerf coming the season after that

recruit "rework" is basically nothing. you basically get old mozzie on defense, and an op who can open a wall by themselves.

the map reworks look good. seeing bravo get reworked due to the coastline parts being terrible atleast fills me with hope coast is getting a rework too soon cus god does it need one. its literally not ranked balanced, ppl only like it cus its the embodiment of this tdm meta we're in. the map simply doesnt play like r6, it barely uses anything that makes it r6. verts borderline uesless, emp's/hardbreachers/wall denial ops are all useless, trap op are terrible, its literally just swing or be swung - the map

I quit siege a long time ago. They removed all the things that were fun about it and then they made it impossible for new players to learn the game. There's an insane amount of maps and operators, and all of them are actively played in the pool. They removed T-Hunt, the single most effective way to learn and adjust to r6's unique gunplay. Now, instead of cultivating a space for a casual audience, they decide to bring back content they took away 4 years ago for the memes. We should have let this game die a long time ago.
