I hated mortar around 2016 but by 2018 I was indifferent at best and now I use it often for no other reason that i think it's fun to use bad cards and win by intentionally ignoring meta

I never used mortar ever even if it was good because it just does not feel good to use and it takes a lot of skill that I don’t have lol

I keep hearing supercell like promoting offensive gameplay yet, defensive spell cycle like miner poison and towers being crazy strong forever, whenever a good offensive decks appears like rg gob giant or e giant they get nerfed so fast because the hog cycle players moan until it gets nerfed beyond use and now evo knight is so defensive and strong its in like 50% of top 200. xbow and mortar just need a big nerf as playing against them 1/100 games is too many.
