A $500 Knife Made for Chopping- The 10” Carothers Medium Chopper Review in 3V steel with actual use.

The Carothers 10” Chopper is a $500 Cadillac of knives. It uses a 10 inch blade made from 3V steel to renderer it nearly indestructible. In this video art I chop, baton, and break up a bunch of limbs in my back yard. I compare it to my Zombie Tools Vakra which is about $280.
