Democracy is the rule of the people. There is still no free higher education and medicine in the USA. More than 20% of US adults have difficulty writing, and some cannot even read a newspaper. It is reported by the ABC TV channel. The real income of the average American has not actually changed since 1970, even though GDP per capita has risen. Americans have essentially only two parties to choose from, both of which represent the interests of transnational corporations, not ordinary Americans. Do the people of the United States really want their incomes not to grow (and transnational corporations to benefit from economic growth), to pay for medicine and higher education and be illiterate!? In the US, the oligarchs have power, not the people. The US is not a democracy, the US is an oligarchy. An oligarchy is a form of autocracy.

The top American leadership over the past three decades has fallen under the control of the oligarchs. In the past, corporations were dependent on large state-controlled banks, but now the largest transnational corporations independently mobilize capital and public resources for their own purposes. As a result, in the 21st century, state authorities distribute contracts and subsidies without any control from society. Today, a dozen of the largest business clans have divided spheres of influence among themselves, and it is they, and not American taxpayers or politicians at all, who determine which path the state should take.

And the debate in Congress about this or that decision is no longer a debate between Republicans and Democrats from fundamentally different positions, but in fact a debate between lobbyists of various companies.

Why is Biden calling on US allies to support democracy but not establishing democracy instead of autocracy (oligarchy) in his own country? When will democracy prevail over autocracy in the US?

Joe Biden seems to only oppose autocracy when it fits his political agenda. Only when he can accuse his political opponents of being autocrats. When he speaks to a room full of young liberal students his tone changes quickly.
Biden said this to students at South Carolina State University in a Dec. 2021 speech.
At no point did Biden sound like he was against Autocracy in his statements at South Carolina State University. At no point did he say Democracy is better, or that we must preserve Democracy. Nor, did he say Democracy was alive and well in America.
He made it sound like the only way forward was an autocracy. He said, "this is a troublesome time, but it’s a significant opportunity."
Instead, Biden quoted a communist leader and a Russian leader. "democracies can’t function in the 21st century because things are too complicated; they move too fast; and time to get a consensus, which democracies require, that’s why autocracies will rule the day."
Biden went on to say to these impressionable young people
"Let me close with this: The history of the journey of America, of progress and possibility, is written by people who sat where you’re sitting right now." " students who met in a jail cell after standing up for what was right and just, who never stopped."
We face that inflection point that’s going to change the course of our history, and I’m counting on you to meet the moment. It’s an enormous opportunity — an enormous opportunity.
"Because I truly believe, someone standing at a podium like this, at this university 40 years from now, is going to be talking about: Did we meet the moment? This moment. Just like there’s other moments in our history. Did we meet the moment in World War One? I have watched the video of Biden's speech. I have read the full text of the speech. I even downloaded both. It seems he is pushing a socialist "autocracy" on these young minds. His speech seems to focus on a socialist autocracy at one point. Then jump straight to creating division or highlighting hate, racism, etc. Even stating "you can’t eliminate it." Telling young people you can't eliminate hate. Wow, that one is shocking even for Biden.
He made it a point to politicize this odd speech even more by saying "when given oxygen by political leaders, it comes out ugly and mean as it was before." I would assume he was trying to take a shot at former President Trump to create even more division and hate.
I would not expect anything less from a member of the Democrat party. The hate and division caused by Democrat leaders over the last few years is something any of Hiter's henchmen would be proud of.
Biden himself has made a career out of hate, racism, racial slurs, racist policies, and criminal activities.

Biden has over the year made a history out using the Capitol protest on January 6 to create hate, division, and unrest in America. He, like most other Democrats, forgot about the Juge Kavenol hearing riots, where 300 protesters were arrested. Or the mass terrorism that took place in cities across the US over the last few years. The violence, killings, beatings, and incredible destruction caused by BLM and ANTIFA and fueled by Democrat politicians. The shooting of Republican politicians, the harassment of anyone in the Republican party. Also fueled by Democrats politicians.

Well, it is frequently said that democracy prevails over autocracy, but in the real world, autocracy has flipped democracy one by one throughout the 21st century(I'm not talking about election frauds). Democracy is weak, vulnerable, and in danger whenever you say it something perfect, irreversible, and indestructible. Now so-called leader of the democratic world says democracy will prevail over autocracy without any evidence or clues of it. So I expect there will be no democracy in Hong Kong, Myanmar, Belarus, and other countries, including my home, but only blood, blood, and more innocent blood over the globe.
